As Senior UI/UX Designer at Stacks Labs, you’ll own the end-to-end UI and UX for core Stacks ecosystem interfaces and product surfaces that builders, users, and partners rely on every day.

This role will translate the Stacks Labs brand identity and design language into crisp, intuitive, high-trust product experiences across the multiple apps and products maintained by Stacks Labs.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Design Lead and both of our Product Leads to define, explore, and design end-to-end application experiences that are attractive, compelling, and genuinely delightful to use. This is a hands-on design role with real ownership over the look, feel, and usability of some of the ecosystem’s most important and visible products.

  You’ll collaborate with our lead Designer to adapt the existing Stacks visual language into robust product UI patterns and design system, scalable components, and implementation-ready design specs or front-end prototypes.

  Consistently delivering polished, intuitive interfaces for a diverse range of products and personas, grounded in a deep understanding of user expectations, real workflows, and the functional goals of our applications.

• Thoughtful, blockchain-savvy, user-centered UX design

  Deeply considered UX flows that minimize friction, align with user mental models, and ground interfaces in real and expected interaction patterns where clear precedents exist.

What You’ll Do

Core UI/UX Design for Priority Applications (≈75%)

• Partner closely with Product Leads to understand the goals, constraints, and user needs of our highest-impact ecosystem applications and translate them into clear, intuitive, and elegant UI/UX.
• Work within the established Stacks visual language (in partnership with our Design Lead) to deliver polished, high-trust interfaces for new features, new products, and major upgrades to existing flows.
• Own the full UX problem-solving process: map real user workflows, identify friction points, define interactions and edge cases, and produce streamlined, intuitive flows that feel simple even when the blockchain mechanics beneath them are not.
• Deliver high-quality UI quickly and consistently through design files, interactive prototypes, or code-based prototypes, ensuring engineering has everything needed for accurate implementation.
• Recommend and execute improvements to existing flows and screens, independently identifying areas where users struggle or where patterns can be smoother, clearer, or more predictable.

Cross-Team Continuous UX Improvement (≈25%)

• Develop a deep understanding of all Stacks Labs product outputs (not only your assigned applications) and proactively support the team to maintain a high UX quality bar.
• Participate in product, engineering, and program discussions to identify potential UX issues early, propose solutions, and ensure user experience remains a first-class consideration in everything we ship.
